@Cloudflare Japanese users connecting to (link: 2ch.net 2ch.net are getting 40% packet loss to cloudflare. Its been going on 4-5 hours now.

Connections to (link: 2ch.net 2ch.net are fine from the US and from the Philippines. So far only Japanese ISP are reported as affected.

The owner of the email address that the cloudflare account is registered to is currently in an area without internet, so cant until tomorrow

Would be nice if you guys could resolve it soon without a support ticket. Just use a Japanese VPN and try to connect to 2ch - its impossible
